Universal Sprocket Locking Kit 

- Comprises:
• Engine timing/Sprocket locking
  devicetwin camshaft;quad cam and
  diesel injection pump sprockets timing
  position retention.and extension bridge piece.
•Engine timing/Sprocket locking device single
  camshaft and two cam V engine sprockets.
- Operation:
• Slacken both ratchet handles and with the
   plates close together;position them on top
   of the sprockets.locate the lugs of theleft-hand
   plate into the teeth of the sprocket and extend
   the other plate along the bridge piece;as
   horizontally as possible;to locate the other sprocket.
• Force the plates apart and into the sprocket teeth .
   Tighten the ratchet handles to give firm fixing.
    check that all four lugs fully engaged in
    to the sprocket teeth.
